Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Harmonious Transitions! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, located at www.harmonioustransitionsdoula.com (the "Site"), and the services and products we offer, including death doula services, grief workshops, 1:1 support sessions, a private membership community, art prints, and online courses (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use our Site and Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Payment Terms and Refund Policies

Payments for Services must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. 3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All original content on this Site (including text, graphics, and course materials) is authored by Anna-Lisa Johanson and published under the brand Harmonious Transitions. All images and media are sourced under Creative Commons licensing, and copyright remains with the respective owners unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
